The mission of the
With national and state program standards as a basis,
Promote Pirate Pride!
In addition, our staff members will be recognizing students who they “caught” exhibiting these behaviors. We will then display the names of these students in a bulletin case in the cafeteria and post them on the school web-site at the end of each month. Please help us by encouraging your child(ren) to demonstrate these simple acts each month.
For the month of March, let us all respect ourselves, each other, and our school. Students can show respect by addressing staff with Mr., Mrs. and Ms., not just their last names. Staff can show students respect by greeting them by their first names, no nicknames, or just last names. Students can show our school respect by simply pushing in their chairs in the classroom and cafeteria. And finally, we can all take a second to pick up dropped items in the halls.
We look forward to fostering to a culture of Commitment, Honor, and Spirit at CHS!
