Hello!  My name is Mrs. Porter and I am a fifth grade teacher at Rush School.  This is my 4^th year teaching at Rush.  I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Holy Family University. I am currently attending classes to obtain a Master’s degree as a Reading Specialist. I live in Philadelphia with my husband, my 2 year old daughter, Rylee, and our English bulldog named Daisy.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy shopping, reading, and playing with my daughter.
