Westfield Monthly Meeting was originally incorporated in 1932. The following documents have been adopted at the October 2003 meeting. Originally proposed at the Meeting for Business in June 2003, these documents amend and restate the existing Certificate of Incorporation and the existing Bylaws. Our goal has been to produce legal documents that reflect faithfully the manner in which the Meeting is conducted today. |

School Committee At their January (2004) meeting, the School Committee approved new bi-laws and covenants for the school. The School Committee will seek the Meeting's approval of these documents at the March Meeting for Business. Copies are available in the office, online (see below), or by contacting Joan Spagnoletti or Mark Roderick. |
