Student Registration

As a public school district, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements.

 

*** All Kindergarten Students for 2026-27 must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2026. ***

Cinnaminson Township Public School District offers free, full-day preschool to all Cinnaminson children who are age 3 or 4 on or before October 1st. Unfortunately, the district does not currently have classroom space to serve every 3 or 4 year old child in the township, therefore children are selected to participate using a lottery system. This year’s lottery closes on March 15, 2026. Please read more about our Preschool Lottery & Registration here.

If you are a homeowner in Cinnaminson, please complete the Homeowners Affidavit of Residency.  It must be notarized and accompanied by either an a) Agreement of Sale (if you haven't made settlement yet), b) mortgage statement or c) settlement papers.

 

Within online registration, you will upload 3 proofs of residency with your Cinnaminson address.  Please gather these items and upload them with your online registration. You will have 30 days from the date of online registration to provide these documents, but we are unable to complete the registration for your child until these documents are received.

Acceptable documents include:

  • tax bill
  • utility bill
  • driver's license
  • custody court order
  • auto registration
  • insurance document
  • bank statement
  • voter registration

Online Registration

If you are renting a living space within Cinnaminson, please complete the Renter's Affidavit of Residency. Page 1 of this document is to be filled out by your landlord. Page 2 is to be filled out by you. This document must be notarized. It must be accompanied by a copy of your leasing agreement.

 

Within online registration, you will upload 3 proofs of residency with your Cinnaminson address.  Please gather your documents and upload them with your online registration. Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

 

  • If your last child was enrolled within a year, you do not need a new Homeowner’s or Renter’s Affadavit.

    However, you will need to submit a current copy of your mortgage statement and 3 proofs of residency.

    Proofs of residency can include (some examples are listed here; NO ENVELOPES):

    • front of PSE&G, Comcast, Xfinity, cell phone or other utilities bill
    • car insurance
    • vehicle registration
    • E-ZPASS
    • survey
    • renter’s/homeowner’s insurance
    • title
    • inspection
    • banking
    • tax bills
    • mortgage statement
    • voter registrations
    • permits
    • medical reports
  • Please print and complete the Change of Address Request form and checklist.

    After you have completed the required documents, please email them to registration@cinnaminson.com

    ***Bussing will not change until all documents are received***

  • Please contact your child’s current school to let them know when/where you are moving. The school will need to complete a transfer card which will be forwarded to your child’s new district.

  • We require a completed Dental Exam Form for incoming Preschool and Kindergarten students.

  • Transportation will be set up once the registration application has been completed. Bussing information will be located on the ‘Student Summary’ screen in the Genesis Parent Portal.

    If you need Alternate Transportation to a daycare provider or other location, please complete and submit the ‘Request for Alternate Transportation for Childcare’ form located in ParentSquare under ‘FORMS/PERMISSIONS’. Our district uses ParentSquare for all communications and you can find out more about ParentSquare here.

  • The School Supply List is located on each school’s website.

  • Please reach out to your child’s school for tour availability.
